Billabong have recently released a new short surf documentary called Pacific Pirates.

It follows big wave surfer David Scard and Billabong teamriders Dean Bowen, Nick Vasicek and Mikey Brennan’s trip to Fiji in search of perfect swell at Cloudbreak.

Now that surfers are starting to resist tow-in wave catching and opting for the paddle in these huge waves cancause some serious wipeouts!
