‘Greening the Billabong Pro’ video
Billabong have just released the latest of their webisodes of the Billabong Pro J-Bay at Jeffreys Bay from July 15 -21.
This episode called Greening the Billabong Pro looks at the efforts to lower the contest’s carbon footprint through its partnership with Cleaner Climate.
It was estimated total carbon footprint of the Billabong Pro is 365 tonnes of CO2. This includes emissions from travelling J-Bay, accommodation, energy consumption, waste and paper consumption.
