Local city kiting spot in San Juan is not only a super nice, clean, blue water, freestyle and wave spot but only about a 10minute drive to one of Puerto Rico’s Nature reserve’s which has even more kiting and surfing spots with empty white sandy beaches fringed with palm trees.

Just a short ferry boat trip from Puerto rico is Dominican Republic. This Caribbean island has everything you could possibly want and is actually quite enchanted. Just an hour drive to the South from the classic waves on the West, the scenery changes to more open rolling hills, fields and pretty villages. Here you have the small town of Parguera and an opportunity to kite somewhere very special.

The mangrove lagoons of La Parguera are a flat water idyllic heaven and even the most dedicated wave rider or hardened soul would I’m sure be blown away by the peaceful beauty of this place. It is a very magic place and experience! Surely worth to visit.

these are awsome shots :-) I really like the shot when Kirsty is kitesurfing over the mangrove lagoons. It looks like she is ontop of glass.
Also in the picture where she’s at Parguera it almost looks like she’s posing just for the camera, and gives it a smile.
