This summer, Volcom Snowboarding will drop 5 videos in their series of Mt Hood Summer Hits.

The series features sunny snow and skate shots from their pro, am and flow riders.

This first one features Pat Moore, Scott Stevens and Griffen Seibert.

The Volcom and London college of fashion collaboration project was a unique opportunity to merge student creativity with an established brand that already had a strong identity and pride in its design ethos.

Last Spring Volcom called all photographers, enthusiasts and anyone that could snap a photo to enter a contest to have their photo on a Volcom featured artist phototee.

They had nearly 1500 entries of amazingly creative photos of which they picked three winning photos to be included in Volcom Spring 2010 collection.

We thought you might like to check out what Volcom have prepared for Spring 2010! Take a look at these great pictures from their spring 2010 lookbook. It is all about dressing inappropriately, mixing after-dark pieces with daytime essentials and creating contradictions: when punk rock lifestyle meets the beach.

These season is marked by a come back of jumpsuits, oversized tops and Paper bag waistbands. Key looks include one piece dressing

This Spring Swim season you can expect contradictions! This collection is a reminiscent of the 80’s and early 90’s Ultra feminine aspects combined with hints of androgyny along with interesting photo prints, classic Volcom collage art, and polka dots make this collection a “must have” for the girl wanting to make a statement on the beach.

Check out the main theme for Volcom Spring and Swim collection, a movie called “Five Speed Fever” It is all about strong, glamorous and sexy women in the leading role. We love it!!!

Volcom will be sponsoring the upcoming Andy Kessler Memorial Foundation Benefit Art Show at the NYC Volcom store in Soho at 446 Broadway. The opening reception will be on December 12 and will continue the next day until 7PM. Volcom ‘Give Jeans a Chance’

Volcom have joined the National Coalition for the Homeless. They have created a “Give back program” in which you can donate your old pair of jeans at your local Volcom store. You can win a year supply of Volcom jeans and help those who are in need at the same time.

All those who take part will receive a free Volcom Brand Jeans hat (while stocks last).

B4BC collaborations, for Boarding for Breat Cancer

Boarding For Breast Cancer (B4BC) is a non-profit, youth-focused education, awareness, and fund raising foundation. Their mission is to increase awareness about breast cancer, the importance of early detection and the value of an active lifestyle.

They believe in the well being of the snow, surf and skate community, and that their role is to teach positive health practices which assist in detection and prevention of breast cancer.

B4BC have partnered with brands such as Burton that have released limited edition “Save the Melons” tank , Volcom with their “Station” Snow Jacket & “Survey” Pant, Etnies, Nixon Pink Limited Edition “Fluro Player” and Pink Vega, Gnu with B-Pro Barrett Christy Model, Vans with their snow boots Vans Veil B4BC, Von Zipper with “Chakra Sirens Song” goggles and Hurley and their Little Black Bikini .

All the items released have been co-branded with Boarding for Breast Cancer. A portion of the proceedings from the sale help generate funds for B4BC efforts in the fight against breast cancer and help raise awareness.

Volcom welcomes Šarka Pančochova

Volcom Snowboarding is thrilled to announce the addition of 18 year young Šarka Pančochova from the Czech Republic to their snowboard team.

The “Shark(a) attack” shredding already caused innocent bystanders major neck ache everywhere she traveled last winter. With a stand-out run at the Canadian Open, TTR Rookie of the Year Award and the first Women’s World QP Championship title already under her belt, Šarka is on a mission to kick some complacent snowboarding butt.

Already hailed as the best overall female rider in the world by the Editor of Snowboarder magazine, Shark(a) sets out on a “I attack-it all” feeding frenzy, assaulting rails, pipe, kickers, French beachy close-outs and October-Fest sized beers on pure instinct. She is Czech, after all..
