“My summer Vacation” watercolors from Hawaii by Ron Croci
Club of the Waves have just published a series of paintings from surf artist Ron Croci. The watercolors document his vacation on Hawaii. They picture amazing sights such as Kahanamoku Pond, Kaisers, Kealakokua Bay, Kona. During this beautiful trip Ron Corci however got a serious liver infection and he documented his surgery and recovery as part of the series as well.

The Girls nominees are Maya Gabeira (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), Keala Kennelly (Honolulu, Hawaii), Mercedes Maidana (Buenos Aires, Argentina), Savannah Shaughnessey (Santa Cruz, California) and Jamilah Star (Santa Cruz, California). The big prize will be won by the surfer who puts on the greatest number of outstanding performances at the most diverse number of venues over the course of the entire year.
