Jamie Anderson won female rider of the year Wednesday night at the 10th Trans-world Rider Poll Awards, held in Las Vegas. “I want to thank my sponsors, Trans-world and all the people who supported and voted for me,” a beaming Anderson said, sound (and looking) a lot like one of the Academy Awards starlets winning for best actress. It has been a great year for Jamie: She also won female rider of the year in Snowboarder magazine March issue (she is the youngest person to receive this honor at Snowboarder.)
