After photographing American Olympic swimmers in 2004 Ryan McGinley has shot a series of photographs featuring Winter Olympians 2010 entitled Highfliers for the New York Times Magazine.

The essay features on dreamy and light colored photos among snowboarders: Kelly Clark, Shaun White, Hannah Teter and Louie Vito.
