Not only are the recipes downright scrumptious and a great collection of variety, but the artwork used in laying out the cookbook is like the ultimate 'garnish' for watersports enthusiasts. Very nicely done, not to be missed and extremely appealing to landlubbers as well. Might be a great unification tool for anyone who has a girlfriend or family member that grumbles about time spent on the water as it expands the lifestyle.
